The three additional counts refer to incidents alleged to have taken place before or after school in the academys parking lot, which would have been at the old Palm Harbor shopping center (the academy is defunct), in a back room during school, and at Sterns apartment in Flagler Beach. The hearing is scheduled for 9L:30 a.m. Circuit Judge Dennis Craig in Courtroom 401 at the Flagler County courthouse. This hearing has been continued eight times since February 2017.
